Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with Mockup Scripter. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, we'll refund you in full — provided your request falls within the eligibility window described below.

1. Eligible Plans

Our refund guarantee applies to the following paid plans:

• Starter Monthly — 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase
• Starter Annual — 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase
• Pro Monthly — 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase
• Pro Annual — 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase

The Free plan has no charges and therefore does not fall under this policy.

2. Refund Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund, regardless of usage.

The 30-day window is calculated from the date shown on your original payment receipt, not from the renewal date. Renewals are not covered by the money-back guarantee — only the initial purchase qualifies.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@mockupscripter.com with the following information:

• The email address associated with your Mockup Scripter account
• The date of purchase
• A brief reason for your request (optional, but helpful for us to improve)

We aim to process all refund requests within 3–5 business days. Once approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

4. What Happens After a Refund

When a refund is approved and processed:

• Your paid plan will be immediately downgraded to the Free plan
• Access to paid features (watermark-free exports, advanced effects, additional saved projects) will be removed
• Any projects you have saved will remain accessible in read-only mode under the Free plan's project limit
• Your account will remain active — you will not be logged out or lose your data

You are welcome to resubscribe at any time after receiving a refund, but a second refund will not be granted for the same plan tier.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following purchases are not eligible for refunds:

• Lifetime plans (Starter Lifetime and Pro Lifetime) — one-time purchases are non-refundable. This is standard practice for lifetime software licences. Please evaluate your needs carefully before purchasing a lifetime plan.
• Subscription renewals — charges that occur after the initial 30-day window are not eligible for refunds. We recommend cancelling your subscription before the renewal date if you no longer wish to continue.
• Partial months — we do not issue prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period.

If you believe you have been charged in error (for example, due to a technical problem on our end), please contact us and we will investigate immediately.
